CAÑON CITY, COLORADO, May 14, 2025 — The Humane Society of Fremont County is excited to announce a fresh twist on their annual fundraiser with Margaritas & Mutts: Runway Edition, scheduled for Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the White Water Bar & Grill in Cañon City, Colorado.

This reimagined event transforms their beloved Rescue Runway concept into a delightful celebration that promises attendees a perfect blend of style, compassion, and entertainment, all while raising essential funds for animal medical care.

The heart of the event remains its extraordinary showcase featuring Fremont Humane alumni (and special 4-legged friends) presented alongside their handlers. Each participating dog will enjoy special moments in the spotlight as their unique stories and personalities are shared with attendees.

All proceeds from Margaritas & Mutts will directly fund the medical expenses of the shelter, supporting our commitment to treat every sick and injured animal brought into our care. The Humane Society of Fremont County aims to raise significant funds to help offset the rising costs of veterinary care and medical treatments.
